Small Business Impact Programs

Our Village United exists because small businesses are the backbone of local economies, and the entrepreneurs who build them deserve more than advice. They deserve a village. Since 2020, we have deployed capital, delivered thousands of hours of technical assistance, embedded wellness into every program, and connected entrepreneurs to real market access. The results speak for themselves.

Six pillars. One integrated ecosystem.

Most entrepreneur support programs offer one thing. A grant. A workshop. A mentor. OVU delivers an integrated ecosystem where capital, knowledge, wellness, community, market access, and policy work together. That is what makes this a growth engine, not just a program.

Capital Deployment
OVU provides Non-dilutive micro-grants that go directly to inventory, hiring, equipment, and operations. Our entrepreneurs do not give up equity. They invest in growth.
Technical Assistance
OVU delivers intensive business development led by facilitators who have built and scaled businesses themselves. Programming equips entrepreneurs with practical expertise in financial literacy, operations, branding, strategy, technology adoption, and AI integration.
Entrepreneurial Wellness
Every program participant has access to licensed therapists and wellness sessions. Entrepreneurial stress directly impacts business performance. We address the whole person because sustainable businesses require sustainable founders.
Community + Strategic Relationships
Entrepreneurs join a national ecosystem of peers, mentors, and partners. The relationships built through OVU become long-term business assets. Our founders do not graduate and disappear. They stay connected.
Market Access
Program graduates gain retail placement through The Village Retail, a permanent retail destination featuring products from OVU entrepreneurs. With locations at Ponce City Market in Atlanta and Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport opening in 2026, this is not theoretical market access. It is shelf space, foot traffic, and revenue.
Policy Advocacy
Building businesses is not enough if the systems they operate in are broken. OVU advocates for procurement reform, equitable access to capital, and policies that remove structural barriers for small businesses. We bring ground-level insight and institutional credibility to every policy table we sit at.

We Have Built One of the Most Comprehensive Small Business Ecosystems in the Country

Entrepreneur support in America is fragmented. Capital exists in one place. Coaching in another. Wellness is rarely part of the conversation. Market access is almost never included. Policy advocacy is treated as someone elseโ€™s job. And most programs end when the cohort ends.

OVU was built to close that gap. We have built one of the most comprehensive small business ecosystems in the country, integrating capital deployment, intensive technical assistance, licensed wellness support, community infrastructure, direct retail market access, and policy advocacy into a single platform for small business owners.

This is not a program. This is the village.
Small Business Impact Programs

Our Village United is an integrated ecosystem powering America's greatest economic force- small business owners. OVU delivers capital, capacity building, wellness support, market access, and policy infrastructure through one coordinated system so that when entrepreneurs thrive, entire communities transform.

โ€œI have spent my career building what I could not find. Small businesses are the economic engine of this country, but the support system is fragmented. Capital lives in one place. Coaching in another. Wellness and market access are almost never part of the conversation. Our Village United exists to close that gap. We have built one of the most comprehensive small business growth platforms in this country. We serve founders with the best ideas, solving the most pressing problems, building in the heart of communities. When these businesses grow, jobs follow. Wealth builds. Communities transform. This is the village.โ€
