To provide technical assistance, coaching and activation to businesses on the Westside of Atlanta. The ELEVATE business incubator connects Black, business owners to technical assistance, professional services addressing gaps in operations, marketing, sales and fundraising. These business foundations are critical to the growth and sustainability of small businesses in under-nurtured communities. Retail facing businesses on the Westside that are the best fit for this project to receive technical assistance and coaching.

ELEVATE targets the most urgent needs identified by small businesses by bridging the gap between instruction and practical application. Over 12 weeks, industry leaders provide interactive sessions, empowering businesses with the tools they need to scale and be competitive in their industries. Taking a holistic approach, weekly, “villagers” engage in wellness support led by licensed professionals. Practitioners provide best practices and tools to navigate the emotional challenges of business ownership.
